The OOD and EOOD are limited liability companies, the only difference between EOOD and OOD is the number of shareholders. An entity with one shareholder is EOOD and entity with two or more shareholders is an OOD. The owners on an OOD/EOOD could be with any nationality or legal entities. The minimal capital demands which is 2 lev (or around 1 Euro) and the simplicity of corporate structure are some of the main reasons why most of the entrepreneurs prefer this type of company structure.
